Application for Rental  - TAR          To apply for a lease, click on the following link to display the form. Once the form is displayed, print and fill out the form. Application for Rental GUARANTOR - TAR   Once the form is displayed, print and fill out the form. All Guarantor applications MUST BE NOTARIZED and submitted with a money order or cashiers check for the Guarantor application fee of $25.00.  Please note.... Tenant or Roomate Change Form       Upon approval of an application for a roomate change, please complete this form, have all parties signatures notarized and submit to Mason Properties.        Printable (.pdf) Tenant Change Form

Application and Pet Agreement Addendum  Please submit this form along with the 250.00 per pet  deposit as your application to add a pet to your lease agreement.  Once this has been approved you will be contacted and this will be signed by our agent and your copy will be returned to you.  Until you have received the approval, the agreement is not in effect and you have not been authorized to have the pet on the premises.  Printable (.pdf) Pet Application and Lease Addendum
